In 2017, Gabe joined Inclenberg as Managing Director to oversee all aspects of the firm’s real estate investment activity, from deal execution to business development and operations.  Gabe is influential both in underwriting new opportunities and disposing of stabilized assets.  Additionally, Gabe is responsible for the outreach, maintenance, and development of Inclenberg’s relationships with third parties, from contractors and developers to lenders, brokers, and other service providers.

Prior to joining Inclenberg, Gabe worked at Academy Sports & Outdoors for twelve years; he held various executive roles in Finance, Strategic Planning, and Operations.  In his final three years at Academy, Gabe served as Senior Vice President of Store Operations, overseeing Academy’s 228 store locations.  During his tenure at Academy, Gabe was a member of the company’s Real Estate Committee, where he created a site selection model to project the financial viability of new store locations.  

Prior to his time at Academy, Gabe worked in commercial and investment banking at JPMorgan and in the international tax group of Deloitte.  He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science from Texas A&M University.

Gabe’s hobbies include gardening, studying history, and coaching his children’s basketball and football teams.
