Chris joined Inclenberg’s Florida office in 2021 to help expand the firm’s financial analysis and operational capabilities.  Chris is intimately involved in the deal origination and execution processes; he also interacts with Inclenberg’s developer partners and co-investors, assisting in the underwriting and disposition of assets. 

Before Chris joined Inclenberg, he worked at Morgan Stanley, where he served as an Investment Analyst to an advisory team focused on alternative investments.  Chris also previously worked at IBM as a financial consultant to healthcare and public sector clients, as well as at Ram Realty Partners in the firm’s investor relations and communications department.  

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Miami and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida.  Additionally, Chris holds active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

In his spare time, Chris enjoys studying the markets, golf, travel, and spending time in the outdoors.
