Patrick joined Inclenberg’s Texas office in 2025 to support the firm in all aspects of real estate investment activity.  Patrick is involved in the underwriting, syndication, and disposition of investments, as well as ongoing asset management and market research.

Prior to Inclenberg, Patrick worked at Affinius Capital (formerly USAA Real Estate Company) in San Antonio, where he served in the Rotational Analyst program.  While with Affinius, he gained experience across portfolio management, asset management, development, and acquisitions, working on all major asset types in markets across the United States, Mexico, and Europe.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University, where he was also a member of the Men’s Lacrosse Team and Real Estate Association.  He is currently a member of NAIOP.

Outside of work, Patrick enjoys golfing, reading, and spending quality time with his wife and family.
