Zane joined Inclenberg in 2024 as Director of Leasing and Business Development to expand the firm’s real estate investment activity and assist in overseeing portfolio leasing and asset dispositions nationwide.  Zane is involved in the underwriting and execution of new investments, as well as interacting with current and potential developer partners and tenants.

Zane started his career with Fischer & Company, providing tenant representation services to corporate clients across the globe.  He also previously held roles as an Investment & Leasing Officer at EQT Exeter, a Senior Director on JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets team, and a founding member of Younger Partners’ Capital Markets team.  Over the course of his career, Zane has closed over $1B in transactions for institutional, corporate, and private clients.

Zane graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Finance and a secondary focus in Real Estate.  He is currently a member of NAIOP, and he holds an active real estate license in the State of Texas.

Zane works out of Inclenberg’s Texas office.  When not at work, Zane enjoys spending time with his wife and their two boys.
