Carly joined Inclenberg’s Texas office as Senior Accountant in 2022 to perform real estate and family office accounting. Her responsibilities include general accounting activities, financial statement preparation, and accounting process documentation.

Carly previously worked for Ernst & Young for four years, most recently as an Assurance Services Senior. Carly was responsible for performing audit work of privately held real estate partnerships, REITs, and private equity funds. She has experience with real estate valuations, business combinations, consolidation, and investment company reporting.

Carly has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Accountancy from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Carly holds a Texas CPA license and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA).

When she is not working, Carly enjoys spending time with her husband and son, making quilts, and reading.
