In 2022, Carina joined Inclenberg’s Florida office as Transaction Coordinator to organize, track, and maintain information related to the firm’s direct investments in commercial real estate.  Carina’s responsibilities include reviewing due diligence information and assisting in the closing process for new investments.  She also oversees the updating of project and investment timelines.

Carina brings to the team over twenty-five years of experience in the legal field, having begun her career as an Export Coordinator for a Manhattan-based commodities trading company.  Carina later served as a Legal Secretary at Capell & Vishnick, working on residential real estate contracts, and as a Paralegal at Certilman Balin, where she prepared commercial lending documentation.  Prior to joining Inclenberg, Carina spent over five years at NextEra Energy in Juno Beach, Florida.  As a Senior Paralegal at NextEra Energy, Carina supported the investor due diligence process for multimillion dollar solar and wind projects.

Carina received a Bachelor of Science in Business Management upon graduating cum laude from Rutgers University.  In addition, she later received her Paralegal Certificate from Nassau Community College.   In her spare time, Carina enjoys spending time with her children when they are home from college or visiting from out of state, quality time with her mother, and writing poetry.
